We heard many rumors about Sprint’s rendition of the HTC One X and look what’s just shown up. Pictures of the HTC EVO One, featuring a kickstand and a black and red chassis. And if the reports from Droid-Life are true, the phone also includes a 4.7 inch screen with a 720p resolution. It has a back 8MP shooter and a front 1.3MP camera. It comes equipped with Beats audio which helps it produce some killer sound.. And to finish it off it’s running Android 4.0.3 and Sense 4.0. The HTC One X offers a quad-core processor, but Sprint’s version will reportedly sport a dual-core Qualcomm MSM8960 Snapdragon processor clocked at 1.5GHz instead. Why? Because NVIDIA’s Tegra 3 processor doesn’t really support 4G LTE networks. It’s a bit of a turn off, but we’re excited that Sprint’s adopting the faster data network and can’t wait to see what kind of speeds we’ll get with this powerhouse. It also be rumored to have 1GB of RAM and a nice juicy, 1,800mAh battery.
All these rumors will be confirmed or denied in a few hours as HTC and Sprint are due to launch the HTC EVO One at an event in New York City. Stay tuned for CrazRoid’s (not live) coverage of the event…
