Image Leak – Another Samsung Galaxy S3 Leak

Above is another photo in a chain of image leaks we’ve seen of the Samsung Galaxy S3 ( or III). The last “render” of the Galaxy S3 gave us the hint of a May 22 release but, at the rate we’re going the leaks will tell us all.

Apparently Reddit isn’t only for funny images, quotes, and videos, but for people to post supposed images of upcoming phone (the last render was leaked at Reddit). In the comment mess associated with the image, the original poster, who admits he is using a trash account account to post the image, gave a few more details:

He said that it will possibly have two optional launchers, ICS with touchwiz overlay and vanilla ICS. They aren’t 100 percent sure if they will stick with touchwiz or have the dual launcher option. If they go dual, you will have the option of picking which one to use at startup, and you can change any time. He said it has a 4.7 inch screen that nearly takes up the whole phone, but some bezel space was needed for the camera, speakers, mic, and so cases would fit on it. He said it WILL be HD and have a ceramic “micro arc oxidation” back.

Most likely this photo is a fake. Based upon the flash and the fact that it’s on a computer means that someone took a picture of the monitor. We can’t really confirm anything and the small picture ruined by the flash makes this just one more of many leaks. The extremely small bezel sure looks impressive and hopefully the Galaxy S III looks something similar to this. We’ll see because surely Samsung will be announcing something here soon (May 22nd?).

About Web Ninja

I am an avid web designer and technology compelled me into journalism. My career started out with a blog about how to hack your Windows PC, but it developed into my love for Apple (which is now nonexistent). Before I was introduced to Android I was an Apple fanboy, I loved anything apple, iPhones, iPods, Macs, etc. Then, I was in Best Buy with a friend and he was buying a phone... An Android phone running Cupcake (1.6). He wasn't the techiest friend a guy could have, but he still loved technology. Now, this was a new phone at the time and of course, he had to get it. I thought the phone was going to be a ripoff of an iPhone but, soon I realized that it had potential. That's how my Android love developed. I currently own a Samsung Galaxy S2 from Sprint as well as an HTC Thunderbolt for Verizon.
